In the W-8BEN-E, the page forces me to check the box that says "Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have examined and signed the above Form W-8 and that the information and certifications contained therein remained the same and unchanged for the period beginning January 1, 2017 (or later account opening date) to the present, and were true, correct and complete during that period."

However at the lower part of the above statement, it asks "Was any information different from what you provided" I think these 2 questions are conflict, If I choose yes to this question, I should be able to proceed with the tax interview. However, the page doesn't let me proceed and shows the box of the first statement is required to be checked.

I contacted seller support, saying that my company information has changed, so I can't shouldn't check that box, they said I just have to check that box......Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
