I understand that there is a new process for uploading product documents to your product pages on Amazon. From what I understand it is through the bulk upload template. Why are none of my bulk upload templates giving me an option for product document uploads?

I understand that there is a new process for uploading product documents to your product pages on Amazon. From what I understand it is through the bulk upload template. Why are none of my bulk upload templates giving me an option for product document uploads?

You should be able to upload via the instructions on the Upload product documents part of the product documents help page. If you are having difficulties with the your uploads I'd recommend you reach out Seller Support. If you don't get resolution please reply with your most recent Case ID and I will review for further escalation. Thank you for your understanding.
