Unresolved Negative Balance and Unauthorized Deduction
A few days ago, I noticed an unknown negative balance of -$785 on my Amazon seller account. I have consistently been paying all FBA and storage fees every month since last year. Upon discovering the issue, I immediately contacted Amazon support. I was informed that the issue would be resolved within a few days and was instructed to monitor my account daily for updates.
However, today I received an email notifying me of a deduction of -$330 from my debit card by Amazon, even though I had already opened a case regarding the initial negative balance. Despite my attempts to resolve this, Amazon proceeded with the deduction without explanation.
I contacted support again today and was told that another team would be reviewing the issue. I was asked to wait for a response, but this does not address the unauthorized deduction or clarify why my balance is still negative.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? How long did it take to get resolved? I'm concerned there may be further deductions while waiting for a resolution

I've reviewed your account and saw that the $785 charges are related to FBA removal order ID - 2406261FFA, after that since the account was in the negative you had some sales, but that didn't cover all expenses which is why you got charged the $330.
I can take a further look into this on my end, but I need a support case ID, can you share that with me so that I can look into it?
