Amazon Lending - Totally Avoid - They Will Not Help At All

I wanted to start this discussion to find out how many of my fellow sellers have had difficulty dealing with Amazon Lending. If so, I feel we should bring it to their attention as a team.

From my experience with Amazon Lending, I will NOT suggest anyone at all to use their service. Our business is struggling at the moment due to slow sales, and we have requested Amazon Lending to reconsider the payment terms in order to help us with the cash flow.

I have sent them approx 10 emails till date, including the managing directors, and the lending team in the emails. However, there has been no support at all. They had asked for a prediction of sales in the future to see if they can do anything, and once you send them this information, they will turn around and say NO.

There is no call back from the Amazon Lending team to show some concerns. There is no chat support either. Every time you send them an email, it will be AUTOMATED replies, and occasionally, when they reply, it may be 'Sorry we can't help'.

This is actually a trap. No support when you actually need it. No one from the managing directors team either gets in touch so that you can explain the situation to them with the hope that they could possibly reduce the payment for a month or two.

I have only decided to post this today, as the business is struggling, and no one from Amazon is willing to help.

I will have to give this a last try otherwise I will just have to take this to the media for no support.

I would appreciate if a Amazon Forums mod could step in and direct this case to the most relevant team at Amazon Lending.

I need this to be addressed immediately.

I managed to get them to restructure my loan a couple of times, have you explained everything in easy English for someone who might not speak it as a first language?
