Problem with invoice
I am having an issue with the email address csm-brand-review@amazon.com
I have been removed from selling a brand I am authorized to sell. They have requested an invoice for 2 of the items. I have provided said invoice multiple times. First they said it was missing information (it was all there) now They are saying I manipulated the invoice. The only thing I did was highlight parts of it they asked me to highlight.
I am looking for an Amazon rep to step in and assist with this. I am unsure how else to proceed.
(yes its a real invoice not a receipt)
With all info they requested on the invoice.

Invoice from who? Are you selling a brand that may have possibly started restricting or allowing sales on Amazon?

"They are saying I manipulated the invoice. The only thing I did was highlight parts of it they asked me to highlight."
Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues that have occurred with your invoices and authorization to sell for this brand. I understand you have been under review for a specific brand. Do you still have a case that is under review as of now?
Have they made any other request for information as of now? What type of messaging are they providing you in response to your submissions?
Please continue to provide this information so that we may have a better understanding of your situation.
Best,

Hey Atlas, though not the same issue, I have to provide invoices to show proof of inventory for LOST items at Amazon. I'm a one man team, I pack everything, label everything, insure everything is sent correctly. Painstakingly take my time to put an Amazon FNSKU on products, and in the case of one of my shipments where they can't count a full box of 12 (I sent two boxes of 12 items...they counted 9 out of the 24, the rest are missing) they state I didn't send them and that they assured me they went through the shipment and confirmed it. Tracking shows both boxes received and signed for. To me, it's most likely the same team. They seem to not be able to count, read a box label, read an invoice, and cannot communicate within their own warehouses to confirm anything. They state to not have any "records" yet keep inventory ledgers and sign for shipments. Proof on your issue here is that Atlas here states
"If you have provided all of the documents you have for review, and they are still rejecting the information, we cannot guarantee a resolution will be available."
Why not? If an invoice is provided, and has all the needed information, including phone and address to verify, why do you request it if you don't intend to confirm details with us sellers. That's the whole point isn't it? Anyways, best of luck. My case they told me I was SOL because despite all of the evidence I provided they didn't care. They lost my products and I have no recourse whatsoever.
