Leaving a Review - Request
I am looking for insight on trying to get more reviews from verified purchases. I send out ONE request 7 days after purchase. From everything I read it indicates Amazon will not allow me to send a 2nd request or contact the customer. Yet, on my personal Amazon account I purchased an item from another buyer and they send me direct emails from Amazon weekly asking for a review of the item. This is a chinese seller that started in 2021. Am I missing something? How can they keep emailing me for a review request yet I am not allowed. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Just leave it alone. Feedback comes at an average rate of 1-2 per 100 sales, and reviews come even less. Amazon does frown of asking buyers for reviews, so don't do it. You will be much better off focusing your attention on finding new products to sell.
