Why can't I select Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail 48 from Seller Central but I can from Royal Mail's website?
Hi. Amazon can’t answer this question (as usual) so I wondered if anyone here knows the answer? I can purchase Royal Mail 24 and Royal Mail 48 shipping options from the Royal Mail site. These are my preferred shipping methods. However, any options for Royal Mail 24/48 are greyed out on the list of postage options avaialable via Seller Central and have a not saying that the accoung does not subscribe to those postal methods. Does anyone know how I can persuade it to let me purchase these options?

You can’t use the Joe public prices through amazon for 24 and 48 services
You can buy from RM and upload tracking though

You need to link your RM business account to amazon
Amazon - Settings - account info - buy delivery preferences - manage your carrier accounts
Add RM account details
If you don’t have a RM business account with either CRL or Tracked24 and 48 on contracted pricing, you cannot buy them through amazon

Thanks for explaining why it does not appear. It’s a little confusing that you have to link a Royal Mail account when the 24/48 services are available via the Royal Mail’s own website without the need for an account.
I have a regular Royal Mail business login but it does not seem to have an account number. It’s not an " OBA" account though as I am not sending over 20 parcels per week ATM. Do you know where I can find the account number?

You also don’t need to send Tracked either BTW
Standard 1st and 2nd class from amazon is fine fir VTR
Obviously if your items are valuable that’s different

I can’t see the prices atm until I get another order but I seem to remember that Amazons 1st class option is more expensive that RM’s regualr price for the 24 tracked option.
