Negative Reviews

Hello,

I received two 1 star reviews. I've only sold 19 items so far so it says my account is at risk of deactivation. The unfortunate thing is, these customers that left bad reviews never even received their packages because I had "Return To Senders" and they were sent back to me. I even sent them messages letting them know they were sent back and to let me know if I need to switch their address to a correct one. They never responded and ended up leaving these negative reviews. Am I able to ask Amazon to take these reviews down because they seem unjust?

No, these will most likely not be removed because the reason doesn't fall under the rules.

I assume you're speaking about seller feedback and not a product review. In this case, you could write a response to the feedback so other potential buyers can see what occurred. Something along the line of,

Unfortunately, this order came back to us marked "Return to Sender". We attempted to contact the buyer so we could resend, but to no avail.

As a potential buyer, if I saw that response, I'd conclude the delivery issue wasn't your fault. JMO
