Need help: Amazon not responding to my case

I'm a seller on Amazon, and I'm having a frustrating issue with my account. I've been trying to contact Amazon's customer support regarding a case I have, but I'm not receiving any response. I've tried contacting them multiple times via phone, email, and chat, but with no luck.

Are you trying to contact Customer Support or → Seller Support?

Perhaps the forum community or a Community Manager could better assist. What issue are you having?

We are having the exact same issue. I've read through multiple posts that are having the same thing occur but I have not received any help. It's hard to get Seller Support to understand that this issue isn't so much about having the Buy Box as much as it is about being Featured Offer Eligible. Our entire catalog lost FOE on 4/29. In my many years with Amazon I have never seen have this happen. Our account is good standing and all our metrics exceed the requirement.

Trying to escalate a case into a ticket at the moment but Seller Support has offered no help at all. This is extremely frustrating.

alright, for everyone....

The Buy box illegibility issue started back in November and has since hit many, many sellers (including myself for 4 weeks into January).

1. There is NO reason

2. Amazon will tell you there is always a reason you are just not looking

3. There is NO reason

4. There is no fix

5. It will come back, just as it left...

You contacted CUSTOMER support. You are a seller and have to contact SELLER support. Do this under Help creating a case. If you have the professional selling plan you can choose "Call back", if not they will answer by Email.

Ha, sorry, but good luck. Amazon sucks and always shts the bed lately. I have a review that is still currently up because of their problem (selling a used product with visible damage), and a customer gave us a bad review. I have nine messages with them, and nothing has solved it. That's just one of three issues right now with them.

If you post your problem here, you just may get the answer. To Amazon you are not even a drop in their bucket of profit, so they really have no desire to do anything more than they are doing now.

Your answer may come in 24 hours, 2-3 days, or more than 30 days depending on the issue.

Good luck. I have 5 cases STILL OPEN forever, and Amazon won't answer. I have brought these to their attention, but... nada! Don't know why, but I was (thank G-d) able to move forward and go to the next task. Wishing you all the best.

Welcome to the real Amazon. I have 5 cases opened with them and the oldest one is from 17 months ago. They all keep getting transferred and I never get a response. Had a 156.45 taken out of our account, but there is no message or details as to why. Transaction details are below.
