Error code 8572. SS says no solution at the moment.

I am a new PL seller who is trying to list the product for the first time.
I am trying to list my product with brand approval for right now and I am getting into error 8572.
I will explain my situation via bullet points for conciseness.
- bought GTIN/UPC @ GS1 in July(2months ago)
- checked the ownership of GTIN using GEPIR
- opened a case with SS to solve the problem. Provided GTIN information which shows my address and such. The brand name is the same as the brand name I used on the listing. (but my company name on GEPIR is different from the listing. I don't think it matters since I have also tried listing with the company name)
- Manufacturer/brand name: "My Brand Name"
- I bought a new GTIN/UPC from GS1 hoping to resolve this issue.(failed)
- They asked for SKU and I gave them one I made for myself. ( I never registered this SKU anywhere, it was just like a placeholder. I am not sure how this might have affected the case.)
Although I have supplied them with all the information they requested, I am still getting error code 8572.
Any input will be appreciated. Thanks.

Hey @Seller_tB72LmlLW9O60, I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble listing your product. As you may be aware, error 8572 occurs when the provided product ID (ASIN, UPC, EAN, ISBN, or JAN) does not match with the brand or product.
You mentioned that you've opened a case with Seller Support here, can you let me know the case ID so I can take a look?
