Able to create listing to sell tea but not un-gated in grocery
Is tea considered a grocery item? I am not un-gated in grocery, yet I am able to list a box of green tea from Frontier Co-op. I am soooo confused. Been trying to get un-gated in grocery, and this was the latest item I was going to order 10 of, submit invoice, take pictures, and when I created a listing, it is ready to list once I send the product to Amazon. Does anybody know why this is happening?

The first question is are you buying from their retail store or through their WHOLESALE side?
If you are NOT on the wholesale side you can end your account very quickly since you will NOT have permission to sell.
In addition, even if you are buying on the wholesale side be sure to get permission IN WRITING allowing you to sell on Amazon.

Hey @Seller_e3BOaprVYqFvP, the Grocery and Gourmet Foods policy would be good to read up on! As for your gating status, feel free to reach out to Seller Support and let me know a case ID.
