Amazon's Higher Management email addresses

Hello. I hope you all are well. I would appreciate it if anyone please share with me Amazon's higher management email addresses. I have a case that I have been trying to resolve since the start of September but Seller Central Support is not capable enough to understand my request and they keep responding with copy-pasted replies.

If you have a case open with SS, they just refer you back to them.

Best tip i got years ago was that if a case is going round in circles, let it close and open a new one a few days later - apparently if SS can see the previous refusals or other responses in the case log, they will just say the same thing.
