Individual Seller Account Billing
Good day, to whom may concern
Am new here. I just open a new Amazon individual seller account, after a series of rejection my account was finally open and activated. But I find it difficult to add my first products.
Amazon want to charge me $42.99 before I can list any product, despite is an individual seller account, Which I think is not in accordance with their pricing policy.
Please I need your advice, and POSIBLE solution to the above mentioned issue.

Thank you for your post here and welcome to the seller forums!
You are also eligible for a one-time refund of subscription fee that will be charged to your account soon after the completion of registration process. You are only eligible for that one-off refund if you have not used any professional tools or benefits within 90 days. Do not list your product yet until you go through these steps assuming you want to be on the Individual plan.
Once you have finished setting up your account, downgrade your account to the Individual selling plan by following the steps outlined on this page.
After completing this step, contact Seller Support requesting reimbursement of the Professional selling fee of $39.99.
