FBA shipment 6 months lost in Inbound
I have lost multiple shipments of thousands of dollars of product sent to FBA in the last 12 months, either never checked in or lost in what they call a "Customer-Facing Staging Site". Ive had to wait 12 months for partial reimbursement on this first issue. Its now been 6 months that I've had yet another shipment been Delivered to FC and never checked in. As you could imagine this is crippling for most businesses and deterring from working with amazon. Now, this shipment was said to be eligible for Inbound reconciliation after 03/11/24. On this day, it pushed back a week to 03/18/24. Here we are on 03/19/24 and the date has once again been pushed back to 03/26/24. Amazon is a terrible place :(

You are not alone. They are doing the same to me too. My shipment was lost in November and reconciliation date so far was pushed from January 1, to February 10, to March 21 and now to April 5.
At this point I am convinced that it's a new normal to bankrupt small businesses. Nobody finds those shipments and nobody cares.
