Subscription Fee

Hi everyone,

I registered for my amazon seller account on 23 May 2024 and I paid $1 initially. I was under impression that I will only need to pay the subscription fee after 6 months under “New seller incentive” program however, I’m being charged for September month on 23 Sept. This is the link where said I entitled for 6 month subscription fee waive as I am a register seller from the participate countries. https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GPHEERB9HKVZUW3V

I created the case ID 16331870391, the Live Channel Specialist said is fixed and refund by next cycle, this month no charges on my subscription fee but still no refund from the earlier charged me in Sept 2024.

Today I created another case ID 16531709991 because the earlier case ID already closed after more than 5 days, the support team said I already used the professional tools therefore I not entitled for the refund. I already explained from my earlier case ID 16331870391 and now I need to go through the circle again to explain.

Amazon please help.

To confirm, have you ensured you have passed all eligibility for this promotion?

This promotional offer is only for sellers who have selected their "business location" as Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, or Vietnam during the registration process and you must register for the first time to sell on Amazon and start selling in any of the following stores in North America: the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
