The country of origin that you selected in Seller Central when you registered your account does not match the country of origin in the documents that you provided.
I created my account on Amazon UAE using my UAE residence card back in 2022 however there was no listing on my account, account remained active.
Early 2024, I registered my LLC in the US and created Amazon US account using my LLC documents and as an ID, I used my Pakistani passport, had an in-person video verification call, Amazon account was successfully created in May 2024 and remained active until early September 2024. In September 2024, account was initially disabled due to inactivity and eventually deactivated.
Today I got to know, after various follow-ups, enquiries, repeatedly submitting my identity documents which were submitted in May-2024 verification, that:

"Hello,
We have reviewed the documents that you provided, but we could not complete the verification. As a result, your case will be closed, and your account will not be activated.
Why is this happening?
The country of origin that you selected in Seller Central when you registered your account does not match the country of origin in the documents that you provided."
Now it is difficult to understand what document is actually needed? Whether my UAE residency card when I created Amazon UAE account in 2022 or my Pakistani passport which I submitted at the time of creating my Amazon US account? I have been submitting my Pakistani passport together with bank statement as a proof of address but no luck so far.

Hello @Seller_t1it2yJ1rlhM6,
"We have reviewed the documents that you provided, but we could not complete the verification. As a result, your case will be closed, and your account will not be activated."
If you could provide a case ID or Performance Notification I could possibly provide some account specific information.
The information I can refer you back to is: Global seller identity verification that in part states:
"Important: If your identity document does not match the country of residence, make sure your proof of address matches the country of residence.
Identity document: We accept ID documents such as passport, passport card, national identity card, driving license, enhanced driving license, citizenship card, permanent residency card, health card, or military identification card.
Make sure that your identity document meets the document requirements and the following criteria:
- Must be a government issued photo identity document which is recognized and issued by the country where you are a citizen or resident.
- Must show first and last name. The name must match the name entered under primary contact person information.
- Must include the date of birth. The date entered must be an exact match as we do not accept typos".
I hope this may offer some details for you.
Thank you for reaching out on the forums. The forums community and I are here to support you.
