We need your help. We have encountered an issue where our variation is not assembled correctly: the parent ASIN is B0CPPN23QC.

In our inventory, the parent ASIN B0CPPN23QC does not appear. We managed to delete it, but unfortunately, the variation is still assembled in the Variations Wizard (more than 48 hours have passed since the parent ASIN was deleted).

Support is telling us that they can't help us because the asin belongs to Amazon Retail, how is this possible and how do we resolve this situation? We are a printer that manages our own listing. Case in support ID 15011163611

We need ALL the children that are part of the variation to be separated from the parent with ASIN - B0CPPN23QC. Only you can help us in this matter.
