Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) Trial - Issue with Speed Metrics

We are currently in the SFP trial and applied Prime templates to some of our offers. We are not seeing a one-day or two-day delivery speed even in the same zip code as our "ship from" location, everything is 2-4 day standard shipping. This is causing us to come at 0% for the delivery speed metrics. Are any of you having a similar problem?

When did this start to occur? Is it from day 1 of the trial period? When did you start your trial?

The SFP team actually just hosted an Ask Amazon event thread yesterday. I did a quick scan of the thread to see if anyone ask a question similar to yours, and found this answer which may be applicable. In it, the SFP team details have the speed metric is calculated.

@Bryce_AmazonThank you for commenting, but I don't think the linked comment addresses the issue that @Seller_PfjqBMUjOpkj9, me, and many others are facing.

In summary, the issue is that no matter what settings with set on the Shipping Template or in our General Shipping Settings, Prime customers only see a Standard Shipping option. For the same exact Products, non-Prime customers are offered the appropriate shipping options based on our shipping settings.

It seems to be a bug on Amazon's side with how shipping options are displayed to Prime customers. Can you assist us with getting some guidance on how to resolve this?

Yup, we've had the very same problem since we started the SFP trial period, 3 full weeks ago. We have built multiple Prime-enabled templates, added a ton of carriers, switched to 7-day operation, moved the shipping cutoff until the latest possible hour, etc. And nothing has helped. We are seeing zero 1-day or 2-day pageviews (or orders) for any of the products that we have entered into the SFP trial period. 100% of our SFP trial orders are for "standard" shipping, with 5-7 day delivery.

We have a total of 5 ship-from addresses, which give us coverage over 30-40% of the nation for 1-day orders, and 60-80% of the nation for 2-day delivery. When we put our products on non-Prime shipping templates, the vast majority of our orders are for 1-day or 2-day delivery. But as soon as we put those products onto Prime templates, the delivery promise immediately switches to 5-7 days (or thereabouts), and we get 100% "standard" shipping on those orders.

We have started a ton of tickets, including a ton of escalations, and have gotten totally generic answers (or non-answers). At the rate we're going, we're going to fail the trial and have to restart it. But the problem will still be there. This is aggravating beyond belief, because we got bounced from the program 2 years ago --for the exact same reason-- and were really hoping to get back into it.

Anyway, that's a long-winded way of saying we are seeing the exact same problem you're seeing, and as far as I can tell, nobody at Amazon has fixed it.
