Messaging a Buyer
I currently have to message each buyer separately by clicking on the order id, their name, cut and paste my message, and send. Is there a way to automatically send the buyer a message each time they purchase one of our products? Thank you in advance.

Why are you messaging buyers? Unless it is order related (which if you are messaging all of them), it seems it is not. That is against policy and a sure way to get you suspended.

I will add one more voice.
Sellers have been suspended for sending messages with every order.
Amazon wants those messages sent only when essential -- when something out of the usual is to transpire.
Furthermore -- buyers don't want more messages!

Besides of the fact that it is not allowed, 90% of the buyers have opted out from receiving harassing and begging for reviews messages. So, you send it or not - they don't see it.

Tiff here from Amazon. I wanted to welcome you to the Seller Forums and thank you for sharing a new discussion topic. You've received quite a few tips from fellow sellers in this thread, and I wanted to be sure that you had Amazon's guidance on messaging, too.
It is not necessary for you to send separate shipment notifications or tracking numbers using Buyer-Seller Messaging since Amazon sends those on your behalf when you confirm a shipment from the Manage Orders page. In general, you can contact buyers only to complete orders or to respond to customer service questions.
