Lost Buy Box
Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,
We need help with our buy box on several of our products. Our products are brand registered and we are the manufacturer. There is another seller on our listing. We need our buy box back. This is seriously affecting our sales.
The reason another seller has the Buy Box is because Amazon is providing an Amazon discount. How do we get rid of the Amazon discount?
I would really appreciate if the amazon seller support team can help me to request a manual review of the buy box eligibility!

To give customers the best possible shopping experience, sellers must meet performance-based requirements to be eligible to compete for Featured Offer placement. This means that not all sellers may be eligible for the Featured Offer. I won't be able to provide any details on how this selection is determined beyond the information provided in the Become the Featured Offer help page.
