Account locked temporarily

Hi, I have an log in error for my other account. Can anybody help me or can amazon help me. I can not reach amazon anyway. it said Account locked temporarily. We have detected unusual activity on your account and have locked it temporarily. Please contact customer service for further assistance.please help us

If you do not have the authorisation to operate 2 amazon accounts, this could be the problem.

Thanks for your post. My name's Oliver and I'm happy to help you today.

You explain that you can't log into your other account and there might have been suspicious activity on your account 

As you already wrote, the way to get access again to your other account would be to contact customer service. 

So, please try to access Seller Central with the other account and then click on "forgot password" and then on "CUSTOMER SUPPORT". This will put you in contact with the right team to help you out how to gain access again.

Additionally, try to prevent more damage: 

- Can you block the credit card/bank account that was registered in that selling account?

- Check the related email address and see if a forwarding rule was set (so the bad actor would receive all Amazon messages). If yes, save the bad actor's email for further research and then delete the forwarding rule.

I hope you will soon have access again.
