FBM Orders not coming into EDI?
Anyone know what could cause 3 or 4 FBM orders this week to not go through EDI? Dozens of other orders went through no problem, today and the rest of the week, but we've had a handful that just never showed up in EDI.
Any idea what could cause this or how to troubleshoot?

You are asking a complex issue that cannot be answered easily, any settings from end to end can be a potential issue, network can be an issue too. If problems consistently coming from certain products, they could be product specific issues as well. Aside from your end, it could also be temporally Amazon's end having glitches.

Hi @Seller_CF0URQS5DxG2u, I suggest cutting a ticket with Seller Support. Provide them with the order IDs of those that failed and see if there is a common denominator that may be causing this disconnect.
I wish I myself knew more, but there seems to be limited information on the Amazon side of things. If you do open a case, let me know and I will follow along.
