Inform Consumers Act Bank Verification

My bank account has been verified by amazon and I even got a confirmation email from Amazon saying my bank account has been verified. However there’s no update on my inform consumers act page whatsoever, it doesn’t even say in progress. I waited 3 days after I got verified to add my savings account as a deposit method to see if this might trigger the system to update my inform consumers act page. My seller wallet has random numbers that none of my bank accounts have ever even consisted of.(which means I can’t verify it because the info is wrong) . Is my seller wallet the reason why I’m not verified on the inform consumers act page even though I already have a bank account verified and even got reverified? I’m not sure if the system is just glitching out or if Need Help from a team special team. Asking for any and all advice that can be helpful. Please see attached screenshots.
