Amazon changed my listing category

Hello, Amazon changed my category for my product listing. I've spent a lot of ad money to rank under the correct category and suddenly Amazon changed my category for ASIN B0CG2Q1W1X. I was ranked between 5 to 20 under stage lights and now I am under #20,579 in Home Décor Products. This is completely incorrect and seller support has been no help. Will any MODs be able to help? When my category got changed my sales immediately decreased dramatically. This is hurting my business so much. Thanks for you time.

  • Update the product details: Go to Manage All Inventory, find the listing, and edit the Item Type Keyword field to reflect the new category.
  • Consider the impact: Changing the category can affect search results, browsing experience, and applicable fees for that ASIN.
  • Submit a category change request: If you’re unable to update the category yourself, contact Seller Support and provide details on the proposed change.
  • Wait for review and approval: The catalog team will review your request. This can take several days or weeks depending on the complexity.
  • Verify the update: Once approved, confirm the category has been updated on the product detail page.
