Seller Feedback which is a product review.
I have received seller feedback for an order that essentially constitutes a product review, which, in accordance with your guidelines, should be categorized as a product review rather than seller feedback. This misclassification is adversely impacting my defect rate. The feedback was left by a customer who expressed the following:
"Like other recent reviews, I believe there have been recent knockoffs in the supply. On the right is one I had purchased previously which has noticeably better construction and print quality on the unit than the one I received on the left. The new one on the left is also noticeably longer than the first order. I requested a replacement and received another one that does not fit nor dispense water."
-Amazon's policy allows for the removal of feedback in specific cases, including when:
-The feedback contains language that is generally considered obscene or profane.
-The feedback contains personally identifiable information, such as email addresses, full names, or phone numbers.
The entirety of the feedback comment serves as a product review.
This review clearly falls under the last point, as it does not pertain to the seller's performance but rather focuses solely on the product itself.
I've previously started a case concerning this matter, but it got closed with automated responses. I respectfully ask for a human or supervisor to reevaluate this issue, especially since it could adversely affect my account's status and raise my defect rate beyond 1%.
