You are also eligible for a one-time refund of subscription fee that will be charged to your account soon after the completion of registration process. You are only eligible for that one-off refund if you have not used any professional tools or benefits within 90 days
Once you have finished setting up your account, downgrade your account to the Individual selling which I have confirmed you have already completed.
After completing this step, contact Seller Support by following this link requesting reimbursement of the Professional selling fee of $39.99
