I want to disconnect my Amazon Store from Printful because my Printful account was suspended. Can you help me with how to do it?

Where did you set it up? Did you set it up in User permission? If so Delete it. Do you have your shipping settings set up to send the label to that site? If so, Create a new shipping plan.

I just wanted to stop by and see if you have tried contacting Printful to see if they can assist with the disconnection? I didn't find a case filed with Selling Partner Support regarding your question either. I was also curious if the suggestions that @Seller_CW0P5hgbsiqWX provided may have helped too?
