Error: Your listing submission can't be used. Please try again with different customizations...

I repeatedly get this error when trying to create a product with customization.

"Error: Your listing submission can't be used. Please try again with different customizations after reviewing our Terms & Conditions"

This is the first time I've tried to list a customized product. I opened a case with Amazon and have tried all their horrible suggestions (different browser, clear cache, list the product first without customizations, etc)

Nothing has worked. My listing is for a printed poster or canvas wrap with custom song lyrics - why would anything I have on the listing not be in accordance with the terms and conditions. I've tried the simplest customization and still get the same error.

Hope the community has a fix??

Thanks for the post. Did an error code appear with the error message. If so, can you confirm the error code number.

I see that you saw it is "custom song lyrics". Could a bot "think" of copyright infringement?

I would say, "let the bots be ever in your favor", but that may also be an infringement...
