I have just had this from Amazon

To protect the customer experience, we may suppress shipping options when we believe the shipping rates to customers are excessive. We’ve identified this potential error in your ship rate configurations for the ship options and SKUs below:
I ship all of my items TRACKED from the UK and it says so on the Amazon site, I have not had any problems with items getting to the US, I only cover my costs and quite often make a loss but a sale is a sale, any ideas welcome

The standard recommendation with this type of notification (if you believe it is in error) is to demonstrate why the shipping fees are standard for your business. If you run into issues with your appeal provide your Case ID if possible and I can see what options I can offer for escalation.
