Are Amazon charging postage to EU customers (EFN)
We are planning to ditch PAN EU and deregister for VAT in all EU contries. We are going to switch back to EFN.
Getting stock into the EU is just too problematic. We were sending to France and CDG7 FC was taking over a month to process FBA deliveries. Thousands of pounds of stock sitting around for a month… it’s just too frustrating.
I noticed that Amazon appear to be charging postage to EU customers for EFN orders. Before er used PAN EU, we used EFN and EU prime customers were not being charged postage back then (2016).
They are charging French customers EUR4.99 and all others EUR3.99. Am I reading this wrong? They are already charging us EUR9.00 for EFN deliveries into France.

Wow, they’re really milking it for all they can, aren’t they?
Between our fulfilment fees and the customer’s postage charge they are getting around EUR14.00 for shipping a mug to France.
