Automated refund wothout return and we NEVER used automated return on ALL our orders
Hello!
Dear Amazon Support,
Regarding order #114-0216756-1545844, the buyer requested a return, which we approved. We also provided a prepaid TNT return label with tracking number ######. However, the buyer never returned the item.
Despite this, Amazon issued a refund on our behalf without our approval. We do not use automated refunds for returns, so we would like to understand why this decision was made.
This situation has resulted in the buyer receiving both the refund and the item, which raises serious concerns. We kindly request clarification and a resolution to this issue as soon as possible.
Looking forward to your prompt response.

Hello @Seller_CRHOv021qFYYUand thanks for posting about this order.
US sellers are enrolled automatically into prepaid returns for seller-fulfilled orders. We provide buyers with prepaid return shipping labels through our Buy Shipping services.
You can request an exemption for certain SKUs. For more information, go to Request exemption from prepaid returns for seller-fulfilled orders. For exempt SKUs, you can provide a seller-paid label to the buyer on Manage Returns. We recommend that these seller-paid labels include tracking.
When Amazon issues a refund to a buyer and you believe it was not your fault, you may file a claim for reimbursement via SAFE-T. If this buyer never returned the item but was refunded by Amazon, I would recommend filing a SAFE-T Claim for the associated order, as I do not see one has been submitted.
I hope this information helps,
Danny
