Hi @Seller_AiLabv10II3uw!

Let me walk you through what I think is the most straightforward method from the help pages.

In the "SKU-specific handling time" section (Manage your handling time), Amazon outlines three ways to make bulk changes. Here's what I'd suggest trying:

First, you'll need to get the Price and Quantity file:

  • Visit the Inventory file templates page
  • Look for "Choose a file template"
  • Download the "Price and Quantity file"

When you open the file, you'll see two tabs. Take a quick look at the "Data Definitions" tab first - it explains what goes where. Then in the "Template" tab, you'll just need to add:

  • Your SKUs (one in each row)
  • The new handling time you want to set

Once you've made those changes, save it as a .xls or .tsv file. Then head back to Seller Central:

  • Go to "Catalog"
  • Click "Add products via upload"
  • Select "Upload your spreadsheet"
  • Upload your saved file

The help page mentions changes usually show up within 15 minutes, though it might take up to 24 hours during busy times. If you happen to leave any handling time fields empty, Amazon will just use your account's default time.

One heads-up: Starting September 25, 2024, Amazon may automatically adjust handling times for some sellers. You can find more details about this in the "Automated handling time (AHT)" section of the help page I linked above.

Would you like me to clarify any of these steps?

Best regards, Michael
