Amazon account deactivated after upgrading to Professional Plan

Hi, I just upgraded my plan from Individual to Professional and then about 10 minutes later my account was deactivated, for seemingly no reason.

I uploaded one of the bills it asked for and submitted it. It was rejected. Confirmed there's a valid credit card on file.

I went through the 'take a photo of your government id and yourself' process (which I'd already done originally when I signed up for the Individual plan ages ago) and the page I uploaded the ID/face photos to now says the below:

"We have completed our review of your document and information. We are conducting further checks on the document and information you provided during registration and we may contact you by email for further clarification within two business days."

Meaning I could have to wait another 4 days, when I've literally gone through all these checks already and changed nothing apart from upgrading my plan.

I don't even know if further checks are being done as the Account Health page just says 'Reactivate your account. Status: Your submission is required'....

I'm not quite sure what the problem is or why the documents I uploaded weren't sufficient, but from searching through these forums I'm not the first to have this issue. Unfortunately, none of the posts I've seen have mentioned any kind of solution or why it happens?

Perhaps someone who works at Amazon could provide me with some help/an update please?

@Angie_Amazon @Spencer_Amazon @Ezra_Amazon @Winston_Amazon @Sarah_Amzn

Thanks

Still having absolutely no luck at all with this if anyone can tell me what best to do.

Summarising the above, all I did was upgrade my plan from Individual to Professional, which resulted in it immediately being deactivated. I then submitted all the documents it asked for to get it reactivated but for some reason they don't seem to be working. These are just same documents I uploaded the first time to activate my account ages ago that were accepted immediately! Really frustrating!

Look for any possibly missed emails from Amazon (junk/spam folders etc) to see if any action is required from you. Otherwise upgrading has simply prompted a reverification which frustratingly just takes time.
