I filed infringement complaint against another seller on my listing with my own brand and brand register but now my listing is inactive for me as the owner? as if I'm the infringer???

To address the complaint, you can submit proof that you are the rights owner and hold the registered trademark. Have you provided your trademark information for review as of yet?

@Seller_fyfhdbVujBDEi has given a good suggestion here. If the complaint was unintentionally issued to yourself as well, you can submit a retraction of the complaint to lift the restriction on your ASIN.

When submitting a complaint, you can select all sellers listing on the ASIN (which can include yourself) or specific sellers' offers. If you selected all sellers listing that particular ASIN this may be why you received the complaint as well.
