Buy Box / Featured Offer Eligibility
My Featured Offer Eligibility (buy box) was very severly downgraded several weeks ago. I see that I do occasionally get a buy box hear and there. However when I look closely at my entire inventory I see that when I am the only one with that book (product) I never get a buy box. In all cases when Amazon puts it self in the buy box and there are listings below "other sellers on Amazon" I am never listed even when my price is the lowest. Looking at some of the sellers that are listed in "other sellers on Amazon", many have feedback ratings of 80% and below. My feedback ratings is 98%. My account health has been in great for years.My Account Health Rating is 212 (which is well into the green). My ODR .43,feedback 98% positive for the past 12 months,A-Z claim 0,Chargebacks 0 ,Valid Tracking Rate 100%, Irregularities and so on 0. My orders almost stopped. My Account Health Rating is 212. I see from reading other posts i the Account Health area that I am not the only one. I have am however unsure what caused this. The only thing that I can imagine is recently receiving my first negative rating in about 2 years. It does seem like Amazon has started making the eligibility for featured offer more for High Volume Sellers. To summarize, even through i have an occasional buy box my Featured Offer Eligibility has been predominantly removed.

- First, check eligibility
- Then, in Seller Central, go to your Manage Inventory page and then click Preferences
- Select Featured Offer (Buy Box) Eligible, and at the bottom of the page, click Save Changes
- The Featured Offer (Buy Box) Eligible column will display the status for each of your ASINs
How can I drive sales without the Featured Offer?
- Use high resolution images with clear detail.
- Include key features with benefits listed in your bullet points.
