I NEED HELP!! AMAZON "SELLER" SUPPORT IS USELESS
how do I refund the money to the buyer for a package that was returned to us because of either a problem with the buyer's address or a USPS problem? We want to keep the money for the label because it wasn't our fault but we don't want to get an A to Z claim either. The Amazon machine will give all the money to the buyer and also give us an ODR.
HELP!
I ALREADY HAD THIS PROBLEM AND I HAD TO FIGHT THIS FOR WEEKS IF NOT MONTHS BECAUSE ONCE THE CUSTOMER CALLS AMAZON, I GET AN A TO Z CLAIM AND ODR.
It is not fair, that there is not an option for me to refund and keep the money I spent on the label. If I do a partial refund, everything is negative for us.
