trying to get a buy box. why is it so difficult? i have called support at least 4 times and im told you have to earn it? How can you earn it if your product cant be sold? i have a unique product that i see nowhere else-sneakers custom made. Very frustrating since i sell the product on other platforms easily

If your sneakers are custom-made, then I assume you are the only seller on your listings.
Buy Box means you get the main exposure on a listing with other sellers.
So I am not sure I understand your question, however if you don't have a LIST PRICE entered, this can reduce your visability even on listings exclusive to you.
