Error message FBA-SSR-10002
When trying to convert inventory to FBA. We receive this error message. Seller Suport have confirmed that our account is active and verified, yet we can’t covert our inventory.
Any advise on how to resolve this error would be amazing. Seller support have not been able to help and its been 4 weeks.

Are you fully verified on amazon as a ltd company ?
what docs have you sent ?
how many of the 8 officers/directors are shareholders ? have you added all that have 25% or more to amazon as beneficial owners ?
