Safe-T Claim Denied claiming free returns, but we DO NOT offer free returns

I've seen you both help on similar threads, so hoping you can help here.
We do not offer free returns, and have not ever offered free returns, on FBM orders for any item, on buyer/customer faulted returns.
We are constantly getting Safe-T claims automatically denied stating that we offer free returns.
What can be done about this? How can we stop this from happening over and over?
My current/newest one was automatically denied today for order ID 114-2920529-9672238 / Safe-T claim ID 30706-56743-8501968.
