I am the owner of an Amazon Seller account
I still have access to my password, but I cannot receive the OTP code required for login. I have checked both my email and phone number, but I am not receiving any verification code.
Since I no longer wish to use this Seller account, I kindly request that you permanently close my Amazon Seller account.
Please let me know what information or documents you need to verify my identity and proceed with the closure.

If you are having issues with your OTP, please reach out directly to Seller Support who can help to troubleshoot this for you. Simply follow the hyperlink above to open a case directly with them. You will need to get access to your account before you are able to close your account.
In order to close your account, you will need to follow the below instructions that are also found on this policy page in more detail.
Steps to take before closing your seller account
If you decide to permanently close your account, follow these steps:
- Fulfill any outstanding orders.
- Wait 90 days after your last sale to ensure the A-to-z Guarantee claims period is honored.
- Wait until you have a zero balance in your account (your next disbursement or charge date).
- Resolve all of your transactions with buyers, including issuing any necessary refunds.
- Confirm that your bank account information on file is up-to-date to receive a final payment.
- Check your Performance notifications to make sure that all the reasons for your account's suspension have been resolved and your account is restored.
