Large standard item being asked to ship to non standard Fulfillment centers for FBA
Is anyone else having this issue?
We are being asked to ship a large standard item to a non-standard item FC. This causes havoc and splits the shipment into 6-10 shipments and the Placement fee along with shipping makes shipping per unit almost 3 dollars.
We have sold this for a long time and this was shipped before with regular standard items. When we opened a case this is the response we got from Amazon seller support:
"I would like to bring to your notice that the large standard items will come under the non standard size shipping only."
I am not sure if this is a new policy or they are just being lazy with the support.

Check the weight and dimensions on Amazon. Have they changed?
