Risk of being deactivated due to late shipping rate
Hello fellow sellers,
I am a new seller here and just started few months back, and I received a notification regarding my account is at risk of being deactivated. Can someone please explain to me what is the meaning of 10 days or 30 days (Nov. 2 to Dec. 1) date relating to the late shipping rate, I am still confuse about it, and what I should do now to prevent my account from being deactivated? Thank you

Ship on time -- every order, without fail.
You cannot undo damage already done. Unless you are suspended, keep going forward, with no mistakes.
In time the bad performance will drop off the shipping metrics history.
