Customer left bad product review as item arrived damaged and it was the carriers fault
I need help. Order ID 111-0802244-8278652
product was damaged by carrier and the customer left bad review stating that it arrived damaged and it was out of our control. I requested feedback removal but that got me no where. Can someone on this forum help with my issue.

Ultimately, it's your responsibility if you are FBM. Are you FBA or FBM? Did you use Amazon buy shipping services?

Product review or feedback? These are two different things and you've used both terms.

Packaging is well within the sellers control

Hear, hear!
Other than freak occurrences which do happen, but are fortunately rare -- package damage may not be preventable, but product damage is.

we used FBA and unfortunately yes the packaging is within our control but not amazon/ups workers stepping on or throwing packages. It is very common for package delivery companies to throw packages. I've worked in the industry for 19 years.
Can I have a mod look into removing this review?

Hello @Seller_hvvB83TjposY3- and thanks for sharing this situation here on the forums.
I took a look at that Order ID, and did not see any seller feedback comments related to it, so it sounds like this customer left a review of the product.
For context, seller feedback comments are left attached to the selling account, and can only be removed by Amazon in certain cases. For product reviews, you would use the pathways outlined in this post to report the review to Amazon if it departs the Community Guidelines. If you've already completed those steps, and have a case ID with support on this review, please do share that case ID with me, so I can examine for any escalation opportunity.
Best regards,
Danny
