Funds are not being released due to KYC Notice

Amazon has not released my reserved funds since Jan 2024. Several cases have been logged and discussed on calls with the Amazon team, and they have stated that the issue lies with PSP (Payoneer). According to Amazon policy, Payoneer needs to publish KYC (Know Your Customer) verification results on Amazon to resolve the issue. I contacted Payoneer 2-3 times in last 4 months. First they provided me a statement verification, which I submitted to Amazon against a case logged but Amazon replied that all is okay at their end and contact PSP.

As per recent discussion with Payoneer, they replied that there is some technical issue on their end, and their team is working to resolve it as soon as possible and will email me. Till now, I have not received any email and problem still persists.

Can someone advice me it's solution?

Relevant department of Amazon to please look into the matter to resolve it on priority in coordination with Payoneer (case IDs attached)

Your payment service provider is going to be the only entity that can initiate the completion of this process. Once they have communicated with Amazon that the issue has been resolved, the funds should be available for disbursement.

If you use a PSP that is not listed as a currently participating PSP or are looking to change PSPs, we recommend you contact them to learn about their enrollment plan. If they do not plan to enroll, switch to one of the following disbursement solutions within 45 days after receiving an email notification from Amazon:

  • A bank account provided to you by a participating PSP
  • A bank account directly issued to you by a deposit-taking bank accepting disbursements in your Amazon store currency
  • Amazon Currency Converter for Sellers (ACCS) disbursing to your bank account obtained either directly from a deposit-taking bank or from a participating PSP

Outside of the information on that help page and other acceptable bank accounts, there are limited options. I do suggest working with the PSP to see if there is anything more you can do or need to provide to get the issue resolved and monitor communications about your selling account.

Have your issue been solved? I am having the same from 2024 so far! It is incredible that Amazon cannot do anything even when payoneer says that everything on their side is good
