Amazon doesn't know why my account been blocked
My account, which has never been used, has been suspended. Amazon doesn't know why it's been blocked.
what can I do?
How can I be sure that the support team is processing my documents?
Sometimes they don't reply or they reply with a different reason for refusal that has nothing to do with the documents sent.
This situation has been going on for months now, and I find myself with thousands of euros of stock at home.
really disappointed

You would have received a notice.

As previously stated, you would have received a notice, either an email or Performance Notification, stating the reason and how to resolve it. Post that notification if you want help.
You look on your Account Health Dashboard, on the right hand side where the reactivate account button is. What does it say below the button?
Have you appealed? What documents are you referring to? You need to provide more specific information if you expect anyone to help you.

Is that September 8, 2023 the first notice you received? It appears you either didn't pass verification or Amazon didn't like your source for the items you intended to sell. I'm not sure which because I don't know what they requested initially and whatever you submitted is in French, which I don't read, and can't translate because you posted a screen shot rather than the text.
Regardless, it also states they didn't receive any new information from you and your Account Health Dashboard shows their evaluation is complete.
The notice dated January 28, 2024 states you've now violated section 3 of the ABSA. Violations of this type run the gamut and you're the only one who can figure out what you've done or haven't done. Amazon is always intentionally vague on such violations and expects you to figure it out.
The fact they've stated they may not respond to further emails is never a good sign. It's one step away from what's often referred to as the "kiss of death" (we WILL not respond to further emails) in the forum. Basically the only way they'll respond to you now is if you give them what they want.
My suggestion would be to either try to get your money back for the product you've purchased or try to sell it elsewhere. Your situation here on Amazon looks pretty hopeless.
