Account suspended - over 50,000 euros blocked

We had some complaints in amazon.es about authenticity of two products, and our account was under review.
We have sent the information requested by amazon more than 20 times to amazon. (invoices, suppliers info, plan of action.) We submitted the information to amazon before we were warned about the account being reviewed.
We have been submitting the information to amazon for the whole of last week.
We received a phone call from Claudia. V to discuss how to resolve this issue, and she opened case number: 4948168752 She asked that we upload all the invoices and plan of action, which we did.

Any contact number or email address that we can contact please? it seems that the information is not going through to amazon.
They suspended our entire European account !
We have over 50,000 euros in balance, and over 100,000 in stock at amazon FBA centres
