No Response from community-help@amazon.com
I received about four negative reviews from customers who received the items in bad condition. According to Amazon's guidelines in the "what's not allowed" section, reviews that constitute product condition and damage are not allowed in the Amazon Community.
I sent four emails to community-help@amazon.com on April 29, May 1 and today, May 16, 2024 but never received a response. I also reported the reviews as off-topic and only received an automated email confirmation.

No, Never.
Although Amazon declares that is a working address, it is not. It is a placebo address. Those messages are not read.
Basically, no matter what the guidelines say, if a review is allowed to post -- it stays.
Amazon does remove reviews from time to time, but only for reasons of their own. Never in response to seller.

I understand you believe you have negative product reviews from customers who received items in bad condition. These are allowed reviews and unless we needed more information from you, or removed them, there is normally no reply.
