Hazmat review liquidation

I'm hoping someone here will be able to assist me before I lose my mind going round in circles with seller support.

One of my products recently went under hazmat review even though I am pretty sure it was already hazmat status. Products were sent to FC XLP1 Deeside which is where all of my hazmat products are sent usually. Upon reviewing the SDS I sent them they have again confirmed the product is hazmat which is fine. However, the problem is they are insisting that they cannot return to me, store or distribute the product and will need to dispose of it with no other option for me. My question is, why? It's at the hazmat centre which is where all my other hazmat products are sent and distributed from to customers, so why is this any different? Is there anyway around this, or do I need to cut my losses? Seems a complete and utter joke that perfectly brand new units will get thrown away for no good reason what so ever. I just can't understand the logic.

ASIN: B00BGES4AM.

Any help would be much appreciated, as you can imagine, the endless circle with SS of 'we care about your business, and understand your frustrations but we're going to throw it all in the bin regardless' is driving me crazy.

Could you please provide me with the case ID to which you attached the SDS? I would like to check the status of your case.

Thanks in advance,

Maja
