The product could not be delivered to the customer. I was waiting for the product to return for refund. Because it was still in the warehouse in Mexico. A-to-z was opened and the ODR increased. I think its impact on my ODR unfair.

The delivery service was unable to locate the buyer's address, so the order could not be delivered. Had you been able to recall the shipment before it returned, you could have confirmed it was being sent back, then issued a refund to the buyer. This likely would have prevented them from needing to file an A-to-z claim for an item not received.
