Hello @Seller_oqf59tRw7d17L,

Thank you for your post. My apologies on the frustration. The Payments Reports Repository is home to all of the reports that relate to your payments with Amazon. On this page, you can do the following:

  • Request a Date Range report to get a detailed list of transactions or a summary view of your income, expenses, taxes, and transfers for any desired time period.
  • Add custom tags to reports so that you can easily search for them again later.
  • Schedule a Date Range report to generate automatically on a future date, and modify or cancel scheduled reports.
  • Track the status of a report that you previously requested.

The requested report will appear in the table on the Payments Reports Repository. While the report is generating, you’ll see the status as In progress. You can click Refresh next to the status to check if the report is ready for download. Reports for past dates can take up to three hours to generate.

If you select an end date that’s in the future, the report will be scheduled to generate automatically 24 hours after that end date. Scheduled reports will show the status as Scheduled in the table.

You can modify a scheduled report request by clicking Modify. To cancel a scheduled report, click the drop-down arrow next to Modify and click Cancel.

Please open a seller support case and post the case ID into this thread.

I would like to review this and escalate.

Cheers,

Micah
